Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Beverly, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 24, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Remove and reconstruct bituminous parking lot, drive aisles, and sidewalks. Remove & reset granite curb, install new granite curb and bituminous curb. Erosion control measures. Construct new concrete ramps and stairs with ADA compliant handrails. Loam and hydroseed pervious areas. Pavement markings. Install spare electrical conduits and handholes. Minor grading and other associated site work. Two alternates included (tree & stump removed; repairs to drying yard poles). Project shall be split into two phases for the parking lot improvements. Estimated Cost $392,000 The Contractor shall perform all Work required by the Contract Documents for WALKWAY, ROADWAY, PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION Project No. 030120 referred to in the Contract Documents prepared by ALLEN & MAJOR ASSOCIATES, INC. as and referred to as the "Prime Designer". Location- Essex Apartments (667-5) 245 Essex Street, Beverly, MA 01915 The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women.
