Renovation of an educational facility in West Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of this project is to upgrade an existing multimedia system in the West Springfield High School Auditorium. The video switching system's main function is toggle the projector on and off, control volume for the projector and wireless microphone, switch between input HDMI plates, and toggle lighting presets. End users have reported issues with loose HDMI connections, unresponsive touchscreens, and a lack of an aux cord while using the touchscreen in simple mode. The Town of West Springfield in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149, is seeking sealed bids for audio visual equipment and installation at West Springfield High School. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
