Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Forsyth, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; municipal facility; museum; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Rosebud County is requesting bids for concrete work on the sidewalks at the Rosebud County Senior Center, the south and west sides of the Courthouse as well as the garage pad, north, east, west sides of the Museum. This will include tearing out old sidewalks, removal of material and replacing current sidewalks. Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, & incidentals necessary to complete the project. All costs associated therein are included in the bid items. We would like a job completion date by October 1, 2024. Rosebud County Reserves the right to accept or reject any portions of or all work depending on funding. Published June 12 & 19 MNAXLP
