Site work and paving for a civil project in Forsyth, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of improvements to the City of Forsyth, Yellowstone Right Bank Levee to address deficiencies identified by the United States Army Corps of Engineers. Deficiencies that will be addressed include, rutting and depressions on the levee crown, overgrown vegetation on the levee embankment and toe area, inoperable drainage structures, and unknown culvert conditions. Associated work includes but is not limited to vegetation removal, repair of depressions and rutting on the levee crown, slope grading, gravel surfacing, and culvert video inspection, repair, removal, and sediment removal. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted in writing to and must be received by Great West Engineering no later than 1:00 p.m. local time on May 23, 2025. Questions received after this date will not be answered. Oral questions will only be accepted at the PreBid conference.
