TIMELINE: Request for proposal to prepare design application request to establish scope for Pre-design and design stages is closed; preferred proponent is selected. Project Milestone: Detailed Design: March 2025 - May 2025 PAR Submission to ISC: Early June 2025 Further update in late summer 2025, upon approvals.
