Morin Lake I.R. No. 217 - Morin Lake - Lagoon and SPS Upgrades, ISC Project No. CT622; Contract 2 - Sewage Pump Station No. 1 and No. 2 Upgrades: The work includes: Construction of a new SPS No. 1 Demolition and decommissioning of existing SPS No. 1 Expansion and upgrades to SPS No. 2 The Work is inclusive of all process and pumping equipment, mechanical building systems and HVAC, and electrical/instrumentation and controls. Construction of gravity sewer main and sewage force main and new water service connection. Associated site works including grading, landscaping, fencing, and driveways. The work is located in the community of Hall Lake in the Morin Lake Indian Reserve No. 217. Only Bids from the following Prime Contractors who were shortlisted through the pre-qualification process will be accepted: Alpha Construction Inc. Industra Construction Corp. Con-Tech General Contractors Ltd. Hipperson Construction Company Ltd. Kelsey Pipelines Ltd. Bid submissions from Prime Contractors may only include use of the subcontractors listed below who were shortlisted through the pre-qualification process for mechanical and electrical scopes. Interwest Mechanical Ltd. Copies of the Bid Documents in electronic format will be issued to successfully qualified prime contractors and subcontractors. It is the responsibility of those qualified contractors to distribute documents to suppliers and subcontractors. Bids should be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price, payable to the Lac La Ronge Indian Band. Failure to provide Bid Security will be a factor taken into account when awarding the contract.
