Northlands College is calling for tenders for the development of a Dental Therapy space in the La Ronge Campus (known as the "Canoe Campus") located in La Ronge, Saskatchewan. The renovations will include the transformation of 4 current classrooms into a 2000 square foot Dental Therapy learning space which includes an 8-chair dental operatory located on the West Wing of the building. TIMELINE: A Request For tenders for project management has been issued by the owner. The Services in this request include, but are not limited to: 1.Complete project management from inception to completion. a. This includes the hiring and coordination of all sub-trades. Sub-trades could include, but are not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, water supply, air supply, HVAC, fire suppression, concrete trenching. 2. Engineering and Architectural services as required to ensure the structural integrity of our current building remains regardless of what work is required. 3. Provide all necessary equipment to complete the job. 4. Secure all necessary permits and local government approvals. 5. Delivery of completed project on or before June 30, 2023. Northlands College seeks qualified respondents with expertise in all the listed areas to provide the services necessary. A site visit will be made available, with 48 hours' notice, to ensure all the parameters are well communicated for the bid process and the scope of work is well-known prior to bidding. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
