The Northern Village of Air Ronge is seeking to elicit tender submissions from contractors to complete an upgrade to the Village Office. All submissions must meet the requirements of the proposal request document and quotes must be valid for a minimum of 180 days following the close of the proposal process to allow for Council to select and subsequently sign a contract with the successful proposal submission, should one be so chosen. Records Room/Server Room The Village is looking for a sliding filing cabinet system to save on space. In this same room will need to be the server for the office network and the safe (relocated from the front). This room will also need to be fire rated Addition of an Office The Village is looking to add an office of about 10' wide by 13' long in the open area of the building. Set beside this office needs to be a workstation. These need to accommodate electrical and wiring for network. Furniture such as desks for both the office and work space are to be broken out as a separate item that may or may not be included. Front Counter Space The front counter space functionality needs to be improved and have a workstation included. The Village is open to suggestions and can include a custom built in or front counter desk or combinations of both. Lighting Replace all existing light fixtures with LED lighting. Painting Repaint all new and existing interior walls and ceilings and trim one color. This is to ensure equality for all interested contractors. Council also reserves the right to not select the lowest proposal or any proposal if any or all proposals do not meet the criteria that Council sets forth for evaluation.
