The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to remove and replace all equipment associated with the water purification systems at the Ecosystem-Biomedical Health Laboratory (EBL) as fully described in drawings and specifications. Should your quote be accepted, work is to start upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and be diligently prosecuted to completion by December 31, 2024. Work performed in conjunction with this contract is subject the State of Alaska Prevailing Wage Determination: Title 36. Public Contracts AS 36.05 & AS 36.10 Wage & Hour Administration Pamphlet No. 600 Use State wage rages that are in effect 10 days prior to quote due date. All quotes must be accompanied by a bid bond provided by a surety authorized to do business in the State of Alaska on a form provided herein, or cashier's check in the appropriate amount. Bid security must be in an amount equal to at least five (5) percent of the maximum amount of the quote.
