A Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid for the Contract, Made Payable to Prospect Park Borough, Must Accompany Each Bid. Address All Bids to Prospect Park Borough, C/o Borough Secretary, at the Above Address. Envelope Should Be Plainly Endorsed for "road Program" in the Lower Left Hand Corner. Attention of Bidders is Called to All of the Requirements Contained in the Bid Package, Particularly.pa Prevailing Wage Rates, the Public Works Employment Verification Form, Various Insurance Requirements, Various Equal Opportunity Provisions, and the Requirements for a Payment Bond and Performance Bond for 100% of the Contract Price and a One Year Maintenance Bond for 10% of the Contract Price. Borough Council Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids Thereof, and Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding, as They Deem in the Interest of the Borough. 1.5 milling, 5 base repair, 1.5 resurfacing, removal of concrete cartway and replacement with bituminous cross section.
