The Town of Nantucket (hereinafter Town) is issuing this Request for Proposal (hereinafter RFP) per M.G.L. Chapter 30B. The RFP solicits responses from vendors (hereinafter Offerors) seeking to manage municipal solid waste (MSW) and other solid wastes delivered to the Town-owned site located at 188 Madaket Road (the Site) by operating Town facilities and systems, diverting materials to recover useful materials and products, and managing residuals. This contract begins December 1, 2025 and expires November 30, 2035. Question Deadline 08/30/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Addenda Date: august 22, 2024, 5:00pm Contract Award: october 9, 2024 The successful proposer must furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a surety company acceptable to the Town of Nantucket. The Town of Nantucket reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any minor informality
