Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a 16,900-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Description: Renovation and expansion of approximately 16,900 rentable square feet at the UNC Health Meadowmont facility. The project will be completed in two phases to create three new clinics. Phase 1A will involve the renovation of unused spaces to relocate the existing PVL and VIR clinics. Phase 1B will transform the former VIR clinic space to create a new Wound & Podiatry clinic on the first level. Scope of work includes but not limited to architectural elements, demo and new finishes, and fire protection, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. Pricing should be broken down by PVL, VIR and Phase 1B.
