Quantity Purchase Award (QPA) Agreement for Preventative Maintenance for Elevator Maintenance and Repairs Duties of Contractor. The Contractor shall provide the following relative to this Contract as set forth in Attachment(s) A, B and Exhibit 1. Term. This Contract shall be effective for a period of four (4) years. It shall commence on September 1, 2024 and shall remain in effect through August 31, 2028. Owner Rights: The State of Indiana reserves the right to accept or reject whole or any part of, the foregoing Quotation/Bid.INDOT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and to award the items separately or all to one (1) vendor. Vendors bidding on an "all or none" basis must state such fact in the bid. The Request for Quote form must be manually signed and submitted prior to the bid due date and time; otherwise, the bid will be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Any errors in extension or total may result in rejection of the bid.
