INTRODUCTION The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Complex located at 1000 Old NC Highway 75 in Butner, North Carolina, intends to make a single award to a responsible entity for the provision of (4) Lochinvar Armor Condensing Natural Gas Commercial Water Heater with pump Model (AWH0650NPM). All manufacturers' recommendations will be required and implemented. All units shall include neutralization kits and boiler shut down button. The chosen vendor shall supply and deliver all manuals, and instructions for the provided water heaters. All equipment supplied must be brand name or an equal product. Should your firm choose to submit an equal product, you must submit all technical specification ofthe equal product to be analyzed and a technical determination issued with acceptance/non-acceptance. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Housing Unit Natural Gas Water Heater Replacement The FCI-2 Butner is seeking to replace (3) Armor Condensing Natural Gas Water Heaters in the "M" housing unit, and (1) Armor Condensing Natural Gas Water Heater in "O" housing unit. The vendor shall be responsible for supplying the new water heaters and shipping. Installation will be performed by FBOP. The Federal Bureau of Prisons plans to issue 15B10624Q00000034 for the provision of (4) replacement water heaters to the Federal Correctional Complex Butner located in Butner, North Carolina. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333414. The small business size standard is 500 employees.
