The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, and to select the proposal deemed to be the most advantageous and in the best interest of the City. Non-acceptance of a proposal will mean that one or more others were deemed more advantageous to the City or that all proposals were rejected. The City and Contractor each recognize that each has no right, title, interest, proprietary or otherwise in the intellectual property owned or licensed by the other, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties in writing. All deliverables, documents, records, programs, data, articles, memoranda, and other materials not developed or licensed by Contractor prior to the execution of this Agreement, but specifically created or manufactured under this Agreement shall be considered work made for hire, and Contractor shall transfer any ownership claim to the City Contractor will provide routine preventative maintenance and testing services and non-routine, emergency testing, and repair services for elevators at all City owned facilities. The Contractor will ensure that each facility elevator(s) is maintained according to all State and Federal guidelines and standards. Question Submission Close Date 7/5/2024 10:00 PM MDT
