Renovation of a municipal facility in Osceola, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Osceola is requesting proposals from licensed HVAC contractors in the State of Arkansas to replace multiple HVAC units at the Osceola City Hall located at 303 W Hale Osceola, AR 72370. The current units are commercial grade gas/electric split systems plus one heat pump system. This project is expected to include, but not limited to: replacing the current system, removal and hauling away of the old system, and new thermostats with C-wire. Contractors must be licensed to work and do business in the State of Arkansas. The City of Osceola reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities therein, and all Proposers shall agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the City of Osceola for any damage or claim brought by any Proposer because of such rejections, nor shall the Proposers seek any recourse of any kind against the City of Osceola because of such rejections. The filing of any Proposal in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the Proposer to these conditions. The City of Osceola, Arkansas is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
