You are invited to submit qualifications for "COURTROOM & MEPIMPROVEMENTS AT THE MISSISSIPPI COUNTY COURTHOUSEOSCEOLA,'' for MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, hereinafter termed Owner. Qualifications may be mailed or delivered to same location and should include information about the CM's experience with public agencies, especially counties and/or on historic buildings. Respondents should include resumes of key personnel including the proposed project manager and site superintendent. The County intends to short list the most qualified respondents for interviews.
