This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, non-consumable supplies, tools, transportation, including travel, equipment and every other item necessary to provide trimming, pruning, and removal of trees in the vicinity of and adjacent to high voltage electrical power lines for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), San Quentin Rehabilitation Center (SQRC), located at 1 Main Street, San Quentin, California 94964. Tree Service Specialty License, C-49 Tree and Palm license or C-27 Landscaping license certified by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) which is active and in good standing at the time of award. As required by Government Code 14838, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is required to meet the State's twenty-five percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation requirement. Certified SBs and micro-businesses (MB) are encouraged to submit bids. See Small Business Preference Program Section, in this IFB for requirements.
