The w ork includes maintenance dredging of the Inner Harbor Basin and Marina Access channels to -15-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and Entrance Channel to -20 ft (MLLW) and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification Section 00 10 00 PRICING SCHEDULE and 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement w ill be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. ESTIMATED COST RANGE IS BETWEEN $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 See FAR 52.236-27 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION)(FEB 1995) BIDDER QUESTIONS: Questions relating to this solicitation and technical inquiries shall be submitted via email to the assigned contract specialist (Block 9 of SF 1442). Inquiries must be received no later than 14 calendar days prior to the date set for the bid opening. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
