The National Park Service (NPS) at Redwood National & State Parks (REDW), located in Humboldt and Del Norte Counties, California, has a requirement for the annual inspection, testing, maintenance, and monitoring of fire and intrusion alarm systems at various park buildings. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order for a base year plus four option periods resulting from this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 561621, with a corresponding size standard of $25 million. Quotations are solicited only from Small Business Concerns. See Attachment 2: Statement of Work, for a detailed description of the requirement. Refer to provisions and clauses and other attachments for additional information about this requirement and instructions on how to submit a quotation. Evaluation for award will be made in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures outlined in FAR Part 13.106. Submit questions only through email to jack_northcutt@nps.gov. Please insert the RFQ Number (140P8424Q0083) in the subject line. Quotations must be received in their entirety via email as instructed in Section III no later than the date and time specified in Block 8 of the SF 1449. Period of Performance: 09/01/2024 to 08/31/2029
