Del Norte Pelican Bay Building (DC) - Office Paneling, proposal should reflect two options, sheetrock and modular paneling 4. Del Norte Faculty Offices (DE) - Proposal does not have to include cost to repair building - Numerous buildings on the Del Norte Center have water damage and are in need of repair.
