Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a stadium in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the addition of a stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

Jim Ringo Fieldhouse Renovations and Addition. Bid guarantee shall be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000. Refer to Bid Documents for other bonding and insurance requirements. Bids will be received for a single prime contract inclusive of all trades. Bidders and major branch subcontractors must be pre-qualified by the NJ DPMC. Refer to Project Manual for documentation to be provided with Bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-2(s), (t), (x), (y), 18A:18A-4(a), 18A:18A-22, and to waive any informalities. Board reserves the right to hold the bids for up to 60 days. Bid award is contingent upon approval of required building permits by the Town of Phillipsburg. Bidder questions must be submitted in writing to Emily Liuzza, AIA at ALLOY5 Architecture LLC via email at: eliuzza@alloy5.com . B. Questions must be received by Thursday, July 25, 2024 by 5:00PM prevailing time.
