Renovation of a municipal facility in East Saint Louis, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of East St. Louis (the City) is issuing a Request for BIDs (RFB) from qualified and experienced general contractors for the City of East St. Louis Business Retention Program. The project involves re-roofing Fresh Image located at 222 Collins Ave, East St. Louis, IL 62201. The City reserves the right to reject all bids, to request additional information concerning any bid for purposes of clarification, to accept or negotiate any modification to any bid following the deadline for receipt of all bids, and to waive any irregularities if such would serve the best interests of the City. The Contractor and the City ofEast St. Louis designee(s) are responsible for weekly review and quality control ofthe city hall renovation. Contractor shall: Roofing -(Upper level: wall flashing repair) Roofing -(Lower Level: removal and installation of new roof) *Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work described within the Scope of Services in strict accordance with these specifications and subject to the terms and conditions ofthe contract.
