Reference Number 0000273036 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/07/03 04:00:00 PM CDT Manitoba Environment and Climate Change requires a qualified Service Provider to provide supervision of the waste disposal grounds at the Frogg Creek Waste Disposal site located South of Clearwater Lake Provincial Park in the Northern Park Region of Manitoba. The successful bidder must comply with all Workplace Safety and Health legislation. The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders to provide the services as described in Appendix "A" attached and for Manitoba to enter into an Agreement with the Service Provider whose bid is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The Agreement is anticipated to commence on July 12, 2024 and shall continue until April 30, 2027. The agreement shall be for a fixed period of three years, with the possibility of two (2) further one-year extensions. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
