Reference Number 0000277824 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/09/16 03:00:00 PM CDT Bid Intent Deadline 2024/09/13 03:00:00 PM CDT Questions are submitted online No The scope of work for this project is focused on the assessment and rehabilitation planning of key areas of The Pas Airport (CYQD), including Runway 13-31, Taxiway Bravo, Taxiway Charlie, Approach Lighting Systems and the supporting aprons. The primary goal is to evaluate the current airfield lighting, and to prepare a comprehensive Airports Capital Assistance Program (ACAP) funding application. Phase 1: Lighting Condition Assessment This phase will involve an extensive assessment of the airport infrastructure, which will include: Airfield Lighting System Inspection and Evaluation: A visual inspection and analysis of the airfield lighting systems installed on Runway 13-31, Taxiways Bravo and Charlie Approach Lighting Systems, and the aprons. Review of the historical maintenance data and any recent test results to determine the current state of the lighting systems. Assessment of lighting system eligibility for rehabilitation under ACAP, including an evaluation of alternative replacement options such as solar farm (to be cost separately).
