Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Opaskwayak, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Supply and installation of approximately 550 lin. m of wastewater sewer, including 7 manhole structures, and 11 commercial building services. Supply and installation of approximately 575 lin. m of watermain, including 5 fire hydrants, 4 gate valves, and 11 commercial building services. Supply and installation of approximately 630 lin. m of land drainage sewer, including 10 concrete manhole structures and 6 catch basins. Construction of approximately 4,900 sq. m of asphalt road, with curb and gutter, and approximately 510 sq. m of concrete sidewalk. The Bidder shall submit a bid security of at least 10% of the tender amount with its tender in the form of a bid bond. A performance bond and a labour and material payment bond each in an amount that is equal to not less than 50% of the Contract amount referred to in the Articles of Agreement.
