Reference Number 0000298262 Question Acceptance Deadline 8/22/25 4:00 PM CST/CDT This is a public tender open to all Bidders. Any resulting Contract will be in the form of a CCDC2 (2020) Stipulated Price Contract as amended by Manitoba Housing Supplementary Conditions This Scope of Work is intended to provide unit refreshes to the interior of the building including plumbing and fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, doors, painting, and electrical fixtures. The building will be fully occupied and staffed with clientele during construction. Manitoba Housing requires the services of prospective proponents to perform interior refresh of an occupied building as further discussed in the scope of work . The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, drywall replacement, new flooring patch & paint (see detailed scope of work for further details). As indicated at 2.8, each Bid Submission equal to or greater than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), inclusive of applicable taxes, must be accompanied by a bid bond on a form satisfactory to Manitoba Housing. The amount of the bond must be ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid price, expressed as a percentage. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
