Reference Number 0000282076 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/11/19 12:00:00 AM EST The Community of Cormorant is seeking tenders for the purchase of two standard 40' foot storage containment units (SeaCan) to be delivered to the community. The Goods and Services to be performed shall consist of: A.) Supply and delivery of two NEW 40' (feet) Sea Can storage units. Unit to be delivered to the community of cormorant Containers must meet the following Specs: Floor must be constructed of treated wood flooring Standard ceiling height (approx. 7.1 ft) Must be rodentproof and waterproof Include lock box and pad lock security system with keys B.) Supply and install gravel base for storage containers Base to consist of ½" crushed gravel Base be compacted and graded in a manner that allows for positive drainage Bases and storage units to be constructed at Cormorant Community Hall and Public Works Garage compound C.) See Appendix A-Photos for more information All work shall be compliant with Manitoba Building codes and applicable legislation. All work is subject to inspection by provincial authorities. Manitoba will only accept invoices after the successful completion of the individual milestones as listed below and only for the amounts specified. It is solely within Manitoba's discretion whether a milestone has been successfully completed. Invoices must be written and satisfactory to Manitoba in form and content. Milestones: Delivery of storage units Gravel pads complete 40% Containers placed on pads site cleanup completed 10% 50% No Contingency money will be paid for unless it has been authorized by the Contract Administrator. All permits, approvals and utility locates will the responsibility of the contractor. 1.2 The Contractor shall supply the equipment and all components and all features that are normally considered to be standard on that equipment, unless specifically excluded in these Specifications/Statement of Work.
