Renovation of a multi-residential development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11-story above grade multi-residential development.
Blake Boultbee (10 Boultbee Ave) is an 11-storey apartment building containing 167 units and was built in approximately 1969. The building has an existing life-safety diesel generator which is in need of replacement due to failing components. The replacement components are not readily available and therefore TCHC seeks a vendor to replace this generator with a new unit. The new unit will add additional loads onto the life safety loads ("sustained occupancy" loads) and will be a natural gas unit. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of construction services at 10 Boultbee Ave. TCHC will be awarding the project to the lowest total priced Proposal.
