Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Engineer's Estimate: $425,000 including the following approximate major quantities of work: Work will include grading, placing, and compacting crushed surfacing, paving HMA for approximately 4,050 LF of alleys, as well as new concrete sidewalks and concrete alley approaches. This contract has twenty (20) working days to complete the work. Project questions should be directed to Bill Preston, PE, at 509-576-6754, or Stephen S. Hazzard, PE, at 509-966-7000. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by bond or a certified check, payable to the order of the Treasurer of the City of Yakima for the sum of not less than 5% of said bid The City of Yakima reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities or irregularities, and after careful consideration of all bids and factors involved, make the award to best serve the interests of the City of Yakima.
