Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hopewell Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Contract #1 shall be for approximately 13,650 SY of full depth reclamation, addition of Portland cement at 369 tons, placement of approximately 1,968 tons of 19mm Super pave wearing course, and related street improvements as required by the Technical Specifications. Contract #2 shall be furnishing and delivering approximately 1,968 tons of 19mm Super pave wearing material. Each bidders will be required to furnish a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. Upon the acceptance of each con- tract/bid, a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount to the Township. Each bidder shall be prepared to submit evidence of qualifications to perform the work as well as references from previous contracts. The Township reserves the right, which is agreed and understood by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn by the bidder for sixty (60) days after closing time for receipt of bids.
