Renovation of a municipal facility in Kingston, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
I. The contract award will be based on bid amount and other factors. The award shall be made only to responsible contractors that possess the potential ability to perform successfully under the terms and conditions stated in the contract agreement and further enumerated in the contract. II. The bidding process will consist of the following: 1. The invitation to bid on the Insulation contract will be made at least five (5) days prior to the bid opening date. 2. Bidders on the solicitation list will be promptly notified of all modifications or amendments. 3. Provisions will be made for an extension if notification presents a time constraint on bidders. 4. Sealed bids will be opened at 3:00 PM on the day stated in the letter in the UCCAC Weatherization Office. Upon awarding of the receipt of award, Ulster County Community Committee (UCCAC) and contracting firm will have 72 hours to accept or reject the award. installation of High- Density Blown Insulation as well in residential sidewalls, crawlspaces, and attics as well as applying closed cell spray foam to rim joists and foundation walls for the contract year 2024-2025.
