Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pittston Twp, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Pittston Township Armstrong Roadway Enhancement Project Base Bid; the Proposed Project Will Take Place Within Armstrong Rd. (Township Road) and Will Consist of the Installation of Approximately 30,000 Sy of 1- 1/2" Pavement Overlay; 18,000 Sy of 2" Pavement Leveling Course; Base Replacement; Roadside Ditch/shoulder Cleanout; 2,700 L.f. Guiderail Replacement and Line Striping. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified/cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Amount, Made Payable to Pittston Township. The Borough Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Portions Thereof or to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. If Written Notice of the Acceptance of This Bid is Mailed or Delivered to the Undersigned Within Sixty (60) Days After the Opening Thereof, or at Any Time Thereafter Before the Bid is Withdrawn, the Undersigned Agrees to Execute and Deliver the Agreement in the Form Prescribed by the Pittston Township.
