Saving Project...

Site work for a mixed-use development in Stansbury Park, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and swimming pool.

This project generally consists of the construction of an abutment on the shore and installation of a prefabricated fishing dock to that abutment near the clubhouse area to provide fishing access, and the installation of a prefabricated unattached floating swimming platform for use by swimmers near the clubhouse area. The size of the docks will be approximately 5 feet wide by 25 feet long for the fishing dock & 16 feet by 16 feet for the swimming platform. Bid Security of 5% shall accompany each bid. The Agency reserves the right to reject all bids and rebid the project, and/or make reductions in or expand the scope of work if needed. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
