As of July 29, 2024 this project was awarded to Hembree & Hodgson Construction LLC with the awarded amount of $51,535.30 Furnishing all tools, materials and labor and performing the work necessary to be done for the Concrete reconstruction of approximately 419 square yards of alley paving in the City of Ponca City. A cashiers check, a certified check or a security bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. The information for Bidders, Forms of Bids, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Statutory Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the Office of the City Clerk of Ponca City, Oklahoma Questions shall be answered for prospective bidders at the pre-bid conference by addendum to the contract.
