Renovation of a residential development in Sudbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The FRHA solicits sealed bids for the painting of vacated units on our state funded properties. The Board of Commissioners will award a two-year contract. Estimated Cost $40,000. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. 50% payment bond required. Maple Gardens Aetna Street, Fall River, MA Contractor will be required to submit invoices on a monthly basis. Payment will be NET 30 days from receipt ofinvoice. Chor-Bishop Eid Apartments 33 Quequechan Street, Fall River, MA Corky Row Apartments 24 Various Units SUMMARY OF WORK Maple Gardens Aetna Street, Fall River, MA Contractor will be required to submit invoices on a monthly basis. Payment will be NET 30 days from receipt ofinvoice. Chor-Bishop Eid Apartments 33 Quequechan Street, Fall River, MA Corky Row Apartments 24 Various Units OWNER NOTIFICATION Contractor is responsible for notifying the Owner of any unusual conditions that may affect this work. A. 1) The work generally includes interior painting of 102 apartments (state developments), including wall and ceiling repair work. No painting is to be done in the hallways, lobbies, community rooms or any other public areas. The apartments will be unoccupied during the course of the work. 2) The Fall River Housing Authority, at its sole discretion, retains the right to reduce the number of units to be painted and will utilize the unit price amount listed on the Form of Bid for the applicablesize unit to determine the adjusted contract amount. 3) The Fall River Housing Authority, at its sole discretion, will withhold payment for specs of paint on floors or other services not to be painted ESPECIALLY SPRINKLER HEADS AND 1. Remove all electric outlets/plugs plate covers and reinstall after painting. 2. Remove grease, dust, dirt and any foreign material from all surfaces--including removal of all borders. 3. Fill cracks, holes, and imperfections and blend into adjacent surface. 4. Scrape areas of ceiling texture which has peeled, cracked or flaked. 5. Reapply texture and blend into adjacent surface. Cut out tape at wall joints which has wrinkled or bubbled, compound joint, re-tape, prime and finish paint. 6. Cover all sprinkler head and escutcheon plates completely. 7. Tape around all light fixtures and other surfaces not to be painted 8. Cut out and tape wall joints which have wrinkled or bubbled/apply joint compound/re-tape sand price and finish paint. 9. Remove coverings over sprinkler heads around light fixtures and other surfaces and reinstall electric outlet and switch covers. 10. Clean and remove all debris including sweeping floor areas. 11. Fill surface cracks, holes and imperfections up to four (4) inches in diameter and blend into adjacent surrounding surface
