Teton School District 401, Driggs, ID, is soliciting Requests for Proposals from qualified organizations for plowing school parking lots. The contract is for one year, with an option to extend for 3 years. SCOPE OF SERVICES: PROPERTY AREAS Driggs Elementary School o Front and bus parking lots Teton Middle School o North, west, and bus parking lots o Bus road between Driggs Elementary and Teton Middle School Teton High School o Four big parking lots and behind school Rendezvous Upper Elementary School o West and south parking lots School District Office - Basin High School - Day Care Building o North, west, and south parking o Pushing snow to a predetermined location (Limited snow storage at the District Office site) BIDDING COMPONENTS The bid must include the following: o Organization name and/or primary contact o Hourly Rate o Qualifications Summary o Since snowfall varies throughout Teton County, the bid must include the pricing for each individual school, per time. The organization that is awarded the bid must provide separate invoices for each school, versus the entire school district. o Disclosure of any relationship to any current employees or school board members of Teton School District 401 SERVICES o The service provider will dispatch once the snow accumulation reaches an agreed amount determined by the Maintenance Director. Service fees will be determined according to the bid rate. o Loaders are required to meet the scope of services TERM OF AGREEMENT o The contract is for one year, with an option to extend for 3 years.
