Demolition, site work and paving for a civil project in Palm Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the demolition of the existing intersection infrastructure and construction of new concrete, pavement, landscaping, drainage, irrigation and stripping, and associated incidental work. Any questions regarding the specifications and Solicitation process must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Specialist at procurement@vpsfl.org. Questions and requests for clarification and additional information must be received prior to the Deadline for Submission of Questions on July 12, 2024 at 5:00 PM local time Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within _150_ calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within _180__ calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
