Disaster Debris Management and Support Services The project involves qualified and experienced firms to provide disaster debris management and support services for the Village in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency related crises. The objective of the Invitation for Bid ("IFB" or "Solicitation") and subsequent contracting activity is to secure the services of an experienced contractor who is capable of efficiently providing disaster debris management and support services in a timely and cost-effective manner. Any questions regarding the specifications and Solicitation process must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Official at procurement@vpsfl.org. Questions and requests for clarification and additional information must be received prior to the Deadline for Submission of Questions on June 21, 2024, at 5:00 PM local time. The Village's complete scope of services is attached as Exhibit "A" and incorporated into this ITB. This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund the resulting contract. The selected bidder(s) shall perform all work in compliance with all applicable federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives in order to maximize recovery of reimbursable expenses. This shall include the provision of audit quality documentation as required by and acceptable to FEMA for all work accomplished.
