The intent of this bid is to obtain stipulated price (lump-sum) bid(s) from bidders for trade contract work for the Centennial Concert Hall Envelope Restoration, located at 555 Main Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba as indicated in the bid documents. The work included in this package includes but is not limited to: 1.Demolition of existing metal panels and associated membranes, fasteners, insulation, flashings, etc. 2.Removal and retention of existing louvers. Louvers to be retained for reinstall where noted. 3.Supply and installation of new metal panels and associate membranes, insulation and associated flashings. Includes but not limited to site access, scaffolding, swing stages, etc. 4.Supply and installation of roof anchors. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. * The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
