2024 Highway Restriction Water Project Notice is hereby given that the Town of Dubois is accepting Bids for a general contract for the construction of the Town of Dubois 2024 Highway Restriction Water Project. The Project consists of replacement of 1620 LF water mains, services, and fire hydrants as described on the plans and in the specifications. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany each bid. All bids are to be prepared in accordance with the Bidding Documents. Responsible Wyoming bidders will be given a 5% preference. Performance and payment bonds will be required of the Successful Bidder. Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-106, "preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state" . The Town of Dubois reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive all informalities. Further, the Town may accept any bid which in its opinion best serves its interests.
