Overall anticipated work includes but not limited to general demolition, foundations, wall & roof framing, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. PROPOSAL REQUEST #1 - DEMOLITION General Interior/Exterior Demolition as specified in sheet A006. Exclusion: Cutouts in existing masonry walls. Exclusion: Exterior wall modifications for new masonry parapet wall. Exclusion: Removing/modifying existing TPO roof system for new parapet walls. Exclusion: Removing existing Plumbing fixtures and water/waste lines. Inclusion: Remove existing gutters and downspouts. Inclusion: Remove existing porch awnings. Inclusion: Coordinate with all trades for a complete job. PROPOSAL REQUEST #2 - FOUNDATIONS Construct reinforced concrete foundations for (3) Porticos & (1) Exterior Stone Wall as indicated on sheet S200. Exclusion: Police Annex Foundation. Inclusion: Coordinate with all trades for a complete job. PROPOSAL REQUEST #3 - STRUCTURAL Construct structural framing (posts, beams, roof joists & decking) for (3) Porticos. Inclusion: Provide all necessary exterior wall modifications for new parapet walls. Inclusion: Coordinate with all trades for a complete job. PROPOSAL REQUEST #4 - MASONRY Construct new exterior masonry wall for Police Annex. Inclusion: Construct new CMU masonry parapet walls secured to existing framing. Inclusion: Cutout existing masonry wall for new wall openings. Inclusion: Fill-in specified existing openings in existing masonry wall. Inclusion: Provide all necessary exterior wall modifications for new parapet walls. Inclusion: Construct exterior stone wall backed with new CMU wall. Inclusion: Construct interior stone wall in Multi-Purpose Room backed with existing CMU wall. Inclusion: Provide new EIFS on 1 thick rigid insulation over exterior walls and new CMU masonry parapet walls. Inclusion: Coordinate with all trades for a complete job. PROPOSAL REQUEST #5 - ROOF Provide new TPO roof system over rigid insulation at the Police Annex Inclusion: Provide TPO roof system over tapered insulation at all (3) Porticos. Inclusion: Remove/modify existing TPO roof system for new parapet walls. Inclusion: Roof Top Unit curb/flashing for RTU #6. Inclusion: Provide tapered insulation at all new scuppers with downspouts for proper roof drainage all around new parapet walls. Inclusion: Coordinate with all trades for a complete job. PROPOSAL REQUEST #6 - MECHANICAL Provide and install new 10ton Roof Top Unit (RTU #6) complete with ductwork to serve Police offices and Multi-Purpose Room. Modify existing RTU #1 to serve Multi-Purpose Room. Balance entire HVAC systems by a Third Party HVAC Firm. Inclusion: Coordinate with all trades for a complete job. PROPOSAL REQUEST #7 - ELECTRICAL Provide and install all electrical lighting, power outlets, switches, conduit and wiring systems as indicated in sheets E100, E200, and E300. Exclusion: Security camera, data outlets and wiring as indicated on sheet E300. Inclusion: Conduit for all necessary wiring to equipment on sheet E300. Inclusion: Provide Jelly stream lighting indicated as Alternate on E100. Inclusion: Coordinate with all trades for a complete job. PROPOSAL REQUEST #8 - PLUMBING Provide and install new plumbing fixtures as indicated on sheet P100. PROPOSAL REQUEST #9 - FINISHOUT Provide complete interior finishout for all new and modified existing interior partition walls to include doors and trimwork.
