The project estimated cost is $150k. Bidders may not submit more than one proposal. The Mohawk Area School District may reject any or all proposals or waive any informalities in accordance with applicable law. Bidders are required to comply with all state and federal guidelines. PROPOSAL: In order to be considered, the bid proposal must be received by the Mohawk Area School District before or at the submission due date and time. Any bid proposal NOT received on time at the location indicated below will be rejected. ALL WORK must be completed no later than August 19, 2024. Bidders with at least five (5) years of experience in providing equipment and installation of a similar nature to educational institutions are preferred. The Mohawk Area School District will award a contract as a result of this Request For Bid to the responsible bidder(s) whose bid, conforming to the invitation to bid is most advantageous to the District, price, and all other factors considered.
