HVAC Upgrade Bid Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery. Submission of Bid: If indicated, bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten per centum (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to Hampton Township. The bid bond may also be provided in certified check and cashier's check in accord with provisions within general requirements of this bid. Contract documents may be obtained. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. This bid has been advertised in accordance with the "Fair and Open Basis" (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5). Location of work will be the Hampton Township Municipal Building located at 1 Rumsey Way, Newton, NJ 07860 and the Department of Public Works Garage, 3 Rumsey Way, Newton, NJ 07860 All questions are to be through the bidnetdirect platform as well.
