Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority seeks Request for Proposals (RFP) from vendors to provide on-call services for the repair of centrifugal and vertical turbine pumps. Request for Proposals Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority On-Call Pump Repair Services Program Proposals received after the designated time for receival of proposals will not be considered. Unsealed proposals, including facsimile proposals or proposals sent by e-mail, will not be considered. The Owner of the project is Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority. Proposers shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same. All questions related to the Project shall be submitted by email no later than 4:00 p.m., local time, July 16, 2024, to the Owner's Procurement Coordinator at procurement@ccmwa.org. Questions, if answered, will be addressed by addendum to the Contract Documents. Receipt of any amendment to this Advertisement for Qualifications shall be acknowledged, in writing, and shall be submitted with the proposal. Proposals must be signed in ink by a company official that has authorization to commit company resources. The Owner will in no way be liable for any costs incurred by any Proposer in the preparation of its proposal in response to this Advertisement for Qualifications. All proposals will remain subject to acceptance for a period of 90 calendar days from the proposal opening date, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any proposal and return the bid prior to that date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities and re-advertise.
