Amendment 5: The page limit has been increased to 40 pages (Not including PPQs or CPARS). The Architect/Engineer Firm (A/E) shall be required to furnish professional Engineering services (51% or greater per contract) in accordance with current Department of Veterans Affairs Master Specifications (PG-18-1), Design and Construction Procedures (PG-18-3), Barrier Free Design Guide (PG-18-13), Design Manuals and Design Guides (PG-18-10 & PG-18-12), Unified Facilities Guide Specifications, International Building Codes, National Fire Protection Association codes, Cost Estimating Requirements for Veterans Affairs Facilities, and other agency standards. Department of Veterans' Affairs specific documents are located on the Office of Construction and Facilities Management Technical Information Library (http://www.cfm.va.gov/TIL/). The A/E shall perform all services required for any project in accordance with the requirements of the Statement of Work, A/E Submission Requirements (PG-18-15), Criteria Review Conference (CRC), Project Meetings, Technical Information Library, and all other parts of this contract as otherwise specifically stated in each Task Order. Services required shall be primarily Engineering (51% or greater) in nature (i.e., Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Steam Generation, Physical Security Specialist, Civil, Electrical, Registered Fire Protection Engineer, Economic Analysis, Surveying, Project Management, Construction Administration, Construction Management, and 3rd Party Cost Estimator); however, multidisciplinary as need to complete the project, (i.e., Architectural, Interior Design, Structural, Industrial Hygienist, Hazardous Materials/Environmental Services (asbestos and lead), Landscape Architect). Amendment 1: The 250 mile driving radius requirement has been removed from page 3, paragraph 5, Geographic Location and Facilities of Working Offices. Amendment 2: The deadline to submit SF 330s is being extended to 9 August 2024 by 2:00pm EST. RFI responses will be provided in a future amendment. Amendment 3: The deadline to submit SF 330s is being extended to 30 August 2024 by 2:00pm EST. RFI responses will be provided in a future amendment. Amendment 4: The deadline to submit SF 330s is being extended to 18 September 2024 by 2:00pm EST. Also, the SF 330 Request has been revised to include additional information based on RFIs received. All interested firms are required to resubmit SF 330s, as the page count limit and Professional Qualifications section have been updated. Please review the attached revised SF 330 Request, along with Attachment #1. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time
