Roof Replacement Progress Park Installation of new roofs for gymnasium, and concession stand / locker room shall include installation of any needed cover board, membrane, flashing and sealing of all mechanical units, vents and lines, drip caps on all eaves and rakes and install termination bars where needed. Contractor shall ensure a proper flow of water and conclude with a full clean up and removal of all debris.
