Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Wentzville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
This fitness surface will provide the patrons that enter the Wentzville Recreation Center a semi-outdoor area to workout. Activities will include group exercises involving the use of hand-held weights up to 25 pounds, along with jumping and lateral movement. Maximum number of people working out at any given time would be 30. The fitness surface will need to be able to handle loads anticipated for these activities. The surface measures approximately 24 feet by 44 feet and should be elevated approximately 1 foot. This bid is for materials only. The labor for installation will be provided by City construction staff. Bidders are required to complete a free registration in order to view the bid documents. Question Cutoff Date: 8/13/2024 11:00 PM (ET) QUESTIONS AND UPDATES: Bidders must submit written questions through the eBidding system. In order to ensure all potential respondents receive the same information, the City will post its response through the eBidding system. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or portions thereof, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all the bids.
