Site work for a water / sewer project in Wentzville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The question period will conclude on August 26, 2024, at close of business. The Contractor will be required to construct 9,495 linear feet of 16 ductile iron pipe and 1,230 linear feet of 20 HDPE pipe water transmission main. The project contains a connection to an existing 16main near the intersection of Verterans Memorial Parkway and Freymuth Road thence east terminating at a point in front of the Lake Saint Louis (St. Joseph West) Hospital. The design includes careful planning to avoid existing utilities and coordinating with utility providers to aid in minimizing impact to adjacent properties. A bid bond in the amount of Five (5) Percent Certified Check. The Notice to Proceed shall be issued within 100 calendar days after the Notice of Award (Notice to Proceed anticipated December 2, 2024, at New Budget year start) pending completion of easement acquisition.
