Oak Grove Road Stormwater Improvements includes the installation of 600 linear feet of 15" Stormwater Drainage Pipe with associated Storm inlets and Grass lined Swale and shall include all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Delmont. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
